Adam has 18 years’ experience working in Civil & Structural Engineering, in a range of roles within the industry during that time, across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand. He’s able to draw from this broad base of experience to develop practical solutions to engineering problems to meet client’s needs in an efficient and effective manner.
Outside interests include participation in community activities & events, active within local community & sporting groups, as well as supporting initiatives such as Engineers Without Borders.

Katrina has worked across a diverse range of statutory planning in both Victoria and NSW. She has worked with the private sector for the last 7 years completing environmental impact assessment. Katrina now also has a focus on social impact assessment and demographic analysis.

Andrew has extensive experience working in collaboration with the design team preparing designs of wide-ranging residential projects – from small additions and alterations to high end architecturally designed homes. Andrew has in depth experience in structural design of and analysis of residential and industrial buildings including steel, concrete and timber design and civil works. Andrew has a strong team focus and a desire to work collaboratively with peers to grow engineering knowledge.

Jarrad is a Senior Structural & Civil Draftsman who has previously worked as a labourer in the construction industry and has experience in the Structural, Civil & Geotechnical engineering disciplines. Jarrad has 14 years Structural & Civil Drafting experience in Residential, commercial & industrial developments and has developed a great understanding of construction methods and engineering practices.

Since commencing with the team in 2022, Carolee has brought a broad range of skills & experiences gained through her extensive career in retail management, applying that experience and knowledge to improve the operational abilities in the office. Carolee has become an invaluable member of the team, in both customer-facing as well as internal office management, ensuring our procedures and policies including health and safety and quality assurance processes are up to date and being met.
